The Customer who purchases on the site declares to be legally capable of committing to these general conditions of sale.
Price
All prices presented on the site are in euros, all taxes included. Virimah reserves the right to modify its prices without notice and the prices applied to the Customer correspond to those displayed on the site at the time of their order. The goods remain the full property of Virimah until receipt of the total amount due paid by the Customer.
Presentation of articles
Virimah endeavours to present and describe its items as precisely and accurately as possible. However, any possible error or omission cannot be attributed to Virimah and under no circumstances can Virimah be held liable for this reason. Photographs and videos cannot be opposed to Virimah.
Order
The order is validated once payment has been accepted. Virimah reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with Virimah or if Virimah considers that the Customer carries a risk of non-payment.
With ecological and ethical concerns in mind, the products are tailor-made items, printed to order. As a result, and since we do not store goods, we reduce energy consumption in the manufacture of products by half.
Due to the “bespoke” nature of the products we sell, all cancellations must be made within 12 hours of ordering. After this period, your order will have entered production and cannot under any circumstances be canceled or refunded.
The turnaround time for an order is 2 to 6 business days. A work day begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Public holidays are not included in business days.
This time frame should not be considered a guarantee of production times and should be considered an estimate. No compensation will be offered for orders that are not included in this estimate.
Likewise, in the event of force majeure (epidemic, national incident, natural disaster) we cannot guarantee a well-defined delivery time, no compensation will be offered in this type of situation for which we cannot be held responsible.
Delivery
Delivery is made by the French Post Office by Tracked Letter or by Colissimo or by an external carrier depending on requirements. Our workshop undertakes to deliver the order to the carrier between 2 and 8 working days upon receipt of payment, excluding force majeure.
Virimah cannot be held responsible for a delivery time not respected by the carrier. Upon delivery, in the event of loss, Virimah undertakes to return the product or reimburse the customer only after the carrier has officially declared the loss of the package.
This provision therefore does not apply to products indicated as “delivered” by the carrier’s tracking. Packages returned to us for lack of address or non-complaint may be re-shipped for a re-shipment fee but will not give rise to any refund.
International deliveries are offered to you with the possibility of obtaining a tracking number or not. If you opt for untracked delivery, we cannot be held responsible in the event of a loss of package. The loss of a package cannot, under any circumstances, give rise to a refund or re-shipment. In this case you will need to reorder.
Customs fee
Packages shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, depending on the country of destination.
These fees are calculated differently at each destination based on the value and type of product.
These costs are your responsibility.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the item and the customer’s address.
Returns
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any reason.

However, this operation, although more ethical from our point of view and in line with our values, does not allow us to sort, store and even less resell unwanted returns on behalf of all our customers.
If there is a manufacturing error or an item is damaged during shipping, we ask that you provide us with a photo of the damaged product in question, a description of the problem, and the order number. Once we receive this information from you, we will issue a reprint, we will send a new product at no extra cost.
If your package shows obvious signs of transport damage, it is necessary to refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Please note that all complaints regarding product quality must be reported within 20 days from the time of purchase in order to be eligible for a reprint.
If you have entered an incorrect or incomplete address, we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us and reship it at your expense (this fee will include a new shipping fee as well as a handling fee), or you can place a new order for reduce delivery time.
In the event of incorrect addressing, the postmark will be taken as proof.
If you notice that a package is going to be returned to us, you should contact us to define the action to take.
Respect for privacy
